Code of Conduct

At Freedom Workforce Solutions (FWS), our success is built on the foundation of integrity, respect, accountability, and professionalism. This Code of Conduct defines the expectations for everyone who represents our organization — including employees, contractors, and partners — to ensure we maintain a culture of excellence and ethical responsibility in all that we do. 


1. Our Core Principles


At FWS, we hold ourselves accountable to these guiding principles:

  • Respect: We treat everyone — clients, coworkers, and candidates — with dignity and fairness. 
  • Safety: We prioritize the health and safety of every worker on every site.

2. Professional Behavior


Every FWS team member is expected to act in a professional, honest, and courteous manner. This includes: 

  • Providing clear, accurate, and transparent communication.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client and employee information. 
  • Upholding our reputation through ethical recruiting and placement practices. 
  • Avoiding any conflicts of interest or self-dealing. 
  • Refraining from harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination.

4. Safety and Compliance


We take workplace safety seriously. All associates are expected to: 

  • Follow OSHA, client, and company safety protocols at all times. 
  • Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately. 
  • Maintain required certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30). 
  • Participate in ongoing safety training. 


Safety is everyone's responsibility — and a key measure of our professionalism. 


5. Confidentiality and Data Protection 


Employees and contractors must protect all confidential information related to:

  • Client contracts and pricing
  • Employee records and payroll 
  • Proprietary company data 
  • Partner agreements and trade secrets


Personal and business data must only be accessed, shared, and stored in accordance with FWS's Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. 


6. Anti-Fraud and Ethical Conduct 


FWS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, dishonest, or misrepresentation. This includes falsifying timecards, inflating hours, or submitting inaccurate billing or payroll data. Any violation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination or legal prosecution. 


7. Conflict of Interest 


All personnel must avoid personal or financial relationships that could interfere with the best interest of FWS or our clients. Disclose any potential conflicts to your supervisor or Human Resources immediately. 


8. Reporting Concerns


We encourage an open-door policy. Anyone who observes unethical, unsafe, or illegal conduct is expected to report it promptly. Reports can be made confidentially to:

Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited. 


9. Representation and Social Media Use


Employees must represent the company positively at all times — both in person and online. Do not post confidential or damaging information about FWS, clients, or coworkers on social media. Professionalism and discretion apply at all times.
