Saul Castillo, Jr. - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Saul is the Founder and CEO of Freedom Workforce Solutions, a veteran-owned staffing and workforce company built on the core values of integrity accountability, safety, service, respect, teamwork, commitment, and leadership.
A U.S. Army Veteran, Saul's leadership is defined by discipline, service, purpose, and passion. During his time working in logistics, he witnessed firsthand the disconnect between staffing agencies and the business they served—a gap that often left companies struggling to meet demand and workers without the right opportunities. Determined to change that, Saul founded Freedom Workforce Solutions to bridge the gap, creating a staffing partner that understands both sides and delivers reliable, mission-driven workforce solutions.
During his military service, Saul earned both his Bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, San Bernardino. His education, combined with real-world leadership and logistics experience, rules his vision to build a company that not only connects people with jobs—but empowers them to grow service, and succeed.

Kierstin Quinn-Castillo - Operations Manager
Kierstin serves as the Operations Manager at Freedom Workforce Solutions, where she plays a critical role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations and overall growth.
With a strong focus on organization, efficient, and client support, Kierstin helps ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recurring process. She oversees administrative functions, coordinates internal operations, and supports communication across all stage of placement.
Kierstin's attention to detail and commitment to excellence help maintain the high standards that Freedom Workforce Solutions is built on. Her ability to mange multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly allows the company to scale effectively and delivery consistent results.
