Freedom Workforce Solutions is dedicated to mainting a zero-incident workplace through proactive planning, continuous training, and a strong culture of accountability. We empower every member of our workforce to take ownership of safety — for themselves, their coworkers, and our clients. 


We commit to: 

  • Complying fully with federal, state, and local OSHA regulations. 
  • Providing ongoing safety education and certification opportunities such as OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training. 
  • Ensuring that all employees are properly trained before entering any job site. 
  • Encouraging employees to immediately report unsafe conditions or hazards without fear of retaliation. 
  • Reviewing incidents promptly and taking corrective action to prevent recurrence. 


Our Shared Responsibility 


Safety is a shared responsibility. Every FWS team member — from leadership to front-line workers — plays an essential role in protecting our people and our clients. 


We expect all employees to: 

  • Follow all safety rules, procedures, and client-specific policies. 
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. 
  • Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and refresher training. 
  • Stop work immediately if condition appear unsafe. 


Certification and Training Reimbursement 


To reinforce our safety culture, FWS provides reimbursement for OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification after employees meet minimum qualifications and tenure requirements. We encourage all workers to invest in their professional growth and safety awareness through continuous learning.
