How to Verify It's Really Us
- Official Website: Freedom Workforce Solutions only accepts applications submitted directly through our official channels: www.freedomworkforcesolutions.com, LinkedIn, or Indeed. Applications received through any other source will not be considered.
- Official Email: We only email from addresses ending @freedomworkforcesolutions.com (e.g., Info@freedomworkforcesolutions.com or Saul@freedomworkforcesolutions.com).
- No fees, ever: We never charge candidates to apply, interview or be placed.
- Payment methods: We will never request payment via gift cards, crypto, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or wire for job placement.
- Interviews: We schedule interviews by phone or video using official email/phone—never only via DM/WhatsApp/Telegram.
- Offer Letters: Legitimate offers come on FWS letterhead from @freedomworkfrocesolutions.com and include a verifiable contact.
Red Flags of a Scam
- Request for money or banking info to "secure" a job or equipment.
- Messages from look-alike domains (e.g., @freedomworkforce-solutions.com or @gmail.com).
- Being asked to buy equipment for job placement.
- Pressure to act immediately or keep the process secret.
- Poor grammar, odd hours, or refusal to meet by phone/video.
What We Will Ask For (After You Apply)
- Your resume and basic contact details.
- I-9 Documentation (after a legitimate offer) for employment eligibility.
- Direct deposit info only after you're onboarded through our secure process. We do not request sensitive data outside our secure onboarding forms.
If You Suspect Fraud
- Stop communicating with the sender.
- Take screenshots of emails, text, posts, or job listings.

- Report the incident to the platform if you suspect fraud (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- If you paid money or shared SSN, contact your bank, consider a fraud alert/credit freeze at Equifax/Experian/TransUnion, and report at www.reportfraud.ftc.gov.
